Thank you for choosing to purchase an item through us. Your purchase helps us to keep doing what we enjoy doing and that is creating.
Payments:
We accept all payments, except checks and money orders.
Shipping & Order Processing: All orders are shipped with in 1-2 business days, except for custom made orders, we ask that you allow 1-3 days to prepare your order, then it will be shipped, with a notification sent to your email address you provided.
Refunds and Exchanges: Exchanges are not allowed, refunds are case by case basis. If you return an item, you will be charged the return postal fee from your initial payment, if paid by credit card, please allow up to 5 business days to see your credit returned.
Additional Information: We strive to give you the best product we can. We work with mesh products, while mesh is versatile, things can happen during shipping which are out of our control. Usually you can re- fluff mesh to your liking, and it is common to have some fraying.
