Thank you for purchasing one or more of my hand crafted items. It has been a pleasure doing business with you and I hope to see you again at CGMC Designs.

Payments:
I accept PayPal as my preferred method of payment. For special orders, if finial payment is not received in 5 working days the order will be cancel . Sorry I do not accept personal check, money orders or business checks.
Shipping & Order Processing:
I will ship your order within 2 business days after your payment is cleared. If an order was placed between Friday-Sunday or on a holiday the order will be shipped on the next business day. Shipping is done via USPS or FedEx.
All USPS shipment includes tracking number. If you request for your items to have insurance, please contact me before your finial purchase.
Sorry I do not ship outside the United States
I reserve the right to change my online term and conditions at any time.
Refunds and Exchanges:
I hope you will be very happy and satisfied with your purchase. Contact me as soon as possible if the item arrive damage or if you are dissatisfied. I will accept returns if I am notified within 21 days of the shipping date. Once the item is return please allow 10 to 15 days for your refund. Please note shipping fees are not refundable.

When we agreed on the material, price, designs, quantity and depending on the order, it will take a little over one week or more to complete your order.
Please note, if your order is going to take more than two weeks to be completed, I will inform you before starting your order.
For special order, I take upfront 30% down payment.
Once I finish making your handcrafted item, I will email the final payment invoice. When payment is received, I will ship the items to you. Please follow my shipping, refunds, returns and exchanges policies.
