Payments:
Chick Boss customers may pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card.
Shipping & Order Processing:
Chick Boss needs up to 5 business days to process your order. All domestic orders are shipped via US Postal Service (USPS) ground 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. Cost is determined by weight of package and location of destination. Chick Boss will ship to multiple addresses, but please note that extra shipping costs will be added.
All international orders are shipped via USPS 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. We charge a $40 flat rate for all international shipments. ANY CUSTOMS FEES, DUTIES, ETC ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Chick Boss products are made by hand and include materials that can vary in color, size and texture. No two products will be exactly alike.
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase from the Chick Boss LLC website, return it within 30 days for a full refund. Chick Boss will replace damaged products purchased from our website if returned within 90 days of purchase.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns for merchandise purchased from one of our retailers. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges and shipping costs are nonrefundable. Send request for return or exchange to info@chickboss.com in order to receive a Return Authorization Number. We will not accept any packages without this number. All returns and exchanges should be sent to 1970 Broadway, Suite 1140, Oakland, CA 94612. We do not accept responsibility for lost packages, thus we recommend you send it with a tracking number to ensure delivery. ALL CLEARANCE SALES ARE FINAL.
How to care for Chick Boss Jewely:
Chick Boss jewelry is delicate and should not be twisted or bent.
Metals will naturally oxidize over time for an antiqued finish. Each piece is coated with a polyurethane sealant to retard the process.
When needed, clean brass, copper and sterling silver with a silver polishing cloth.
Store in a dry place where they won’t be bent or damaged.
Metals are sealed with an automotive grade polyurethane to retard oxidation and reduce irritation for those with sensitivies to certain metals.
All jade is supplied by Guatemala’s premier jade supplier, La Casa Del Jade in Antigua, Guatemala. All pieces come with certification of authenticity. Exotic woods are from sustainable forestry in the rain-forest of Guatemala. Our suppliers are all members of the Rain Forest Alliance.
