Welcome to Carrie and Belles Jewels. We have a variety of jewelry and accessories. I am a merchandiser for Chloe and Isabel which is a company based out of New York.
Payments: Can be made my credit card on my on-line boutique or money orders. Personal checks are not accepted.
Shipping & Order Processing: All orders will be shipped directly from New York City which is where the jewelry comes from.
Refunds and Exchanges:
We are happy to refund or exchange any merchandise. The policy is you would return it back to main head quarters which is based out of New York. Your refund would be in the form you paid.
