My Shop Policies
Payments:
All orders must be paid in full before work has begun. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Shipping charges will be assessed on an order by order bases. All orders leave my shop bagged and wraped in tissue paper, some come with a Logo Gift Bag.
Shipping & Order Processing:
All shipping charges are assess when I receive your order. I ship to all US states and to most countries around the world. If you would like a shipping quote before you make a purchase, please email me with your zip code or country.
Payment is due when you purchase any item in my shop. All other purchases are shipped out in a timely fashion.
All sales are final due to the customized nature of the pieces, again I will work with you if you have any problems with an order. I will be in constant contact with you from the time you initiate your order to the time your order is shipped. I ship all order USPS, there is no express shipping on custom orders. I will give you an estimated date on when you can expect your order to be completed. If you are ordering during peek seasons, such as Christmas, please order way in advance of when you will need your item. In peek seasons your order will be placed on a first come, first serve list. My peak Christmas/Hanukkah/Kwanzaa season begins in September.
I will list the time it will take to complete your order on the listing. There is no guarantee on the amount of time it will take to complete your order. I will do my best to complete your pattern in a timely fashion.
**All of my designs are created in a Smoke Free Workspace.

I do everything in my power to make sure that you get exactly what you order. If you have any problems please email me and we will work together to rectify your problem.
Because every order that leave my shop is custom made-to-order, I can not give you a refund, but I can work with you to fix any problems you may have.
