Purchased products will be shipped within 3 business days of orders placed. If you place an order on Friday's we will ship first thing Monday. S&H is free. We ship via USPS and Country Gal Decor & More will provide a tracking number for your shipped products at the email customers provide.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Country Gal Decor & More will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt. Returns need to be in its original packaging, unused and in re-sellable condition.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and will be required to arrange their own shipping. Country Gal Decor & More will refund the value of the products returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
Exchanges will be granted at no extra cost to customer if a product is damaged during shipping.
