Payments: Via Paypal.
Shipping & Order Processing: Book purchases will be shipped out within 7 days of receipt of payment. Shipping will be via USPS 5 - 7 days.
Refunds and Exchanges: Refunds are available for up to 14 days after receipt of the book. In order to obtain a refund, Crested Crane Publishing must be notified in advance of returning the book(s) via a telephone call to (877) 499-2942 to obtain an authorization number. The book(s) must be returned in new condition via USPS postage prepaid. Refund will then be sent by check within 4 weeks in the amount of the book(s) plus any sales tax paid, if any, less the shipping fee(s).
