Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 8-10 business days due to the nature of our kits. We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

Shipping Carrier: Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the order size and destination.

 

Shipping Costs:

 

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

 

At this time, we do not offer free shipping.

 

 

Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 10-14 business days, but delays may occur due to carrier issues or high demand

 

 

2. Return & Refund Policy

 

Faulty or Damaged Merchandise Only: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.

 

No Change-of-Mind Returns: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

 

Refund Processing: Once an issue is verified, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.
