How have we done that in the past ? ? BY ALWAYS OFFERING ONLY THE VERY BEST PRODUCT TO LEAVE OUR BUSINESS. If you are not happy & satisfied, then neither are we, - nor will be successful if you are not. Both wife & spouse hold college degrees, are sucessful parents of 6 children and have countless hrs. of business experience.
Payments: We accept all monies via established PayPal accounts, and personal check or money orders. These will be accepted for now, for online purchases, until a debit or credit card type payment is arranged, in the near future. If you catch at a show , we will be using "The Square" and will be able to swipe your cards.
Shipping & Order Processing: Shipping will be on USPS, using domestic rates, and determined by your zip code, using a national chart based on shipment from West Jordan City,[Salt Lake City] Utah
Refunds and Exchanges: Refunds will be allowed and credited when accompaneied with the return of a defective product. We reserve the right to offer an similiar item in exchange, as an alternative to the refund.
