Payments: we accept visa,master card, discover, american express
Shipping & Order Processing: shipping is $9.00 up to $100.00 (over $100.00 is 10% of total order)
Refunds and Exchanges:Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Please contact us djsgiftsandhomedecor@verizon.net for the number and return shipping instructions before shipping. If an item is returned without the RMA your refund may be delayed. No returns will be accepted after 30 days and there will be a 20% restocking fee for returns on non defective/non broken items.(defective/broken items will be replaced at no charge) Also shipping will not be refunded on such items. No returns on imprinted items. Items must be returned with original inner packing and must be in resaleable condition.
