My Shop Policies
Welcome Message: Welcome to my shop! As a fine artist, I create one of a kind pieces from recycled or new furniture. My mailboxes are hand painted to order and I can do almost any design you have in mind, or you can select from my many samples. I have a love of nature and the seashore, and that is reflected in my work. My seashell mirrors are one of a kind design, made to order.
Payments: PayPal, check or money order
Shipping & Order Processing: I ship mostly through USPS and charge according to size, weight and destination according to USPS calculated shipping costs. Since most orders are custom it may take about 2 weeks, longer for mailboxes.
Refunds and Exchanges: No refunds on custom orders. If an order arrives damaged, I will need clear photo(s) proof of the packaging as well as the damaged item before a replacement is sent. I insure all items, so this is an insurance requirement
