Payments:We can email you an invoice and you can pay by Credit Card or PayPal. You do not need an account to pay by PayPal.
Shipping & Order Processing:If you have any questions to be addressed before ordering, please email me @ dreamketching@gmail.com, Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Our number one concern is that you are happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your DreamKetcher for any reason you can send it back for a refund minus shipping charges.
Returns are allowed within 7 days of receiving your shipment. It will be the customer's responsibility to assume the shipping cost to return the item.
