Enchanted Star Gifts offer a wide variety of hand-crafted candles, soaps, body scrubs, lip balms and other items made from all natural, organic ingredients. We believe in using the gifts given to us by nature, like essential oils and plant-based materials, to create products that will awaken your senses, enhance your well-being and help you live in balance.

We also believe that you deserve to have exactly what you want. That’s why we have created all our products to be completely customizable. From colors and scents to labels and containers, you can add your own personal touch to almost anything we have on our site.

 

 

 

Payments: We use PayPal for order and payment processing so you know your transaction is secure.

 

 

Shipping & Order Processing: For local deliveries to the Omaha/Council Bluffs area, select "Pick Up" under Shipping options. We will contact you to make delivery arrangements. For deliveries outside this area, select your preferred shipping method. Shipping charges will be added based on the dollar amount of your order. 

For custom orders, please select the Custom Order option from the page of your choice.  Indicate your scent selection as part of Notes when checking out or use the Contact Us page to provide any additional information.  Custom candle orders are delivered in 1-2 weeks. Custom soap orders are delivered in 3-4 weeks. 

 


Refunds and Exchanges:  We want you to be satisfied and happy with your order. If you have a concern regarding your order or the product, please contact us via email at service@enchantedstargifts.com so we can resolve your concern as quickly as possible.  Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
