Our mission is to use only the best ingredients available to us, to make our customers and their pets, natural bath and body products that will pamper the body, mind and spirit.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Paypal, and Square.
Shipping & Order Processing:
Essentially Yours uses the United States Postal Service as our preferred method of shipping. Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Due to the nature of Essentially Yours' products, any unsealed products may not be returned or exchanged. We encourage you to purchase a sample size item if you have any question or concern for that product.
Any sealed, unopened items may be returned or exchanged for another item of equal price and nature within 14 days of purchase, with your original receipt. Essentially Yours does not refund shipping costs on returns and/or exchanges unless the product's dispensing packaging is mechanically defective.
Please inspect your order for any damages due to shipping. We automatically insure orders over $50.00, not including tax, at no additional cost to you. We encourage you to purchase shipping insurance for those orders under $50.00, as we are not responsible for any damages due to the negligence of the shipping carrier. If there is damage to your item(s) due to shipping, or we have made an error in shipping the wrong item, please notify us by email within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Please retain all shipping materials, including the box, packing materials, damaged items, and packing slip for inspection by the carrier. We are not responsible for the denial of shipping insurance due to the neglect of retaining shipping materials.
Essentially Yours reserves the right to refuse any and all returns or requested exchanges after a six (6) month period from the original date of purchase.
If you purchased your product from one of our local retailers, please contact the store directly for their return policy. If that store will not accept returns, you may contact Essentially Yours for a request for a return/exchange.
If you purchesed your product(s) as part of a gift set or gift basket, you must return all of the items that were part of the original purchase as a set. Gift sets/baskets may be returned or exchanged within a 30 day period, provided all items are sealed and contained as originally packaged, and with original receipt.
Essentially Yours reserves the right to substitute and item of equal value and nature if the original product becomes unavailable.
All of our products are made with Essential Oils and/or extracts and may produce an allergic reaction to those individuals who are, or are not, sensitive to allergens. Please read our precautions and disclaimers prior to purchasing our products. Essentially Yours reserves the right to deny any request for a return or exchange due to allergy and or displeasure with a scent. We encourage you to purchase a sample size item if you have any question or concern for that product.
