Shipping & Order Processing: All shipping orders may take up to 7-10 business days for delivery. I will do my best to get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible and damage free. Please set expectations accordingly.

Refunds and Exchanges: Store credit and equal exchanges are available, for your convenience! All items must be returned within 3 days of purchase. If the purchase was made by personal check, refunds will be available after 14 days from receipt of the returned merchandise. If damages occur upon shipping, furnish photo via email within 24hrs of delivery. I will send an alternate item, of your choice, if the one ordered is no longer in stock. I will also give a bonus pair, (of equal value) for your inconvenience. If this is not sufficient, a refund is available. All cancelled orders may receive a fee, depending on the time of cancellation. If the merchandise was held for an exceptional amount of time, (beyond 24hrs) or was in the process of delivery, when the cancellation occurred, there may be a 50% encumbrance fee assessed, per order.
