ThePrizeWheel Starter™ is only $99 one time. No Monthly Subscriptions
Payments:
Checkout through the online ordering form with Stripe. Or if you do not have a Credit Card you can send us a check or money order but you will not be provided access until the check has cleared which may be 3-5 business days after deposited.
Shipping & Order Processing:
Online Software Program. Once purchased, you will be asked to provide a password to log in
Refunds and Exchanges:
THEPRIZEWHEEL STARTER™ — 30-DAY REFUND POLICY ThePrizeWheel Starter™ is eligible for a refund request within thirty (30) calendar days following the original date of purchase, provided that the product has not been materially used as described below.
Because ThePrizeWheel Starter™ is a digital product that may be configured and placed into active use immediately, the thirty (30)-day refund period is intended to provide purchasers an opportunity to evaluate and configure the product before materially deploying it with customers, prospects, event attendees, or other participants.
Material Use and Acceptance ThePrizeWheel Starter™ will be considered materially used and accepted once ten (10) or more individuals, in the aggregate, have participated through the User's account and/or have been added to a lead, prospect, or customer list through ThePrizeWheel Starter™.
Once this threshold has been reached, the purchase becomes non-refundable, even if the thirty (30)-day period has not yet expired.
For purposes of determining whether the ten-person threshold has been reached, Company may rely upon Platform records reasonably reflecting participant activity and/or individuals added to the applicable lead, prospect, or customer list.Use of the Platform for initial account setup, configuration, branding, prize creation, testing, or other reasonable preparatory activities by the purchaser does not, by itself, constitute material use under this Section.
To request an eligible refund, the purchaser must submit the request to Company within thirty (30) calendar days of the original purchase date. Refund requests submitted after the thirty-day period, or after the material-use threshold described above has been reached, are not eligible for a refund.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method where reasonably practicable.
Nothing in this Section limits any refund, cancellation, or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted under applicable law.
