Payments: Payments can be made by PayPal (preferred), by check or money order. If payment is made by check or money order, orders will not ship until payment clears.
Shipping & Order Processing: Orders will be shipped as soon as payments clear. Buyer pays ALL shipping costs. If necessary, shipping costs will be confirmed with buyer prior to item being shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges: Food items can not be refunded or exchanged. Non food items can be refunded or exchanged withing reason within 7 days of purchase.
Additional Information: Since all of my items are hand made, each is unique with its own special characteristics. I strive to provide the best possible products and will honor any reasonable request. Special orders are also available with a deposit of 50% of total order including shipping/handling costs.
