Refunds and Exchanges:
We trust you will be satisfied with your Infinite Kouture purchase. However, should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory, please notify us immediately via email at infinitekouture@aol.com within 30 days of your purchase. If merchandise is to be exchanged, IK is not responsible for shipping fees. Merchandise needs to be mailed back in the original, unused condition unless there's a manufacturer's defect. The merchandise must be accompanied by the IK's invoice also. Please leave all merchandise tags attached. The exchanged merchandise will be shipped as soon as the original merchandise is returned, and can be of equal or more value requiring additional payment of the price difference.
If a refund is desired, once merchandise is returned in its original, unused condition, the refund is issued within 60 days upon receiving merchandise.
