JillyJillie was born through my need for a creative outlet but more importantly, it teaches me new things about people every day. I’ve learned that personalized products can have a huge impact on a person. A simple mug with an image of a loved one that has passed can bring comfort to those who desperately miss them. A tumbler with a best friend’s name on it makes that friend feel extra special. A key chain with photos of someone’s pet becomes an instant connection with a kindred-spirited stranger who has the same breed. A slap wrap beverage cooler becomes the hit of the party when it has a picture and favorite saying of the guest of honor. Whatever the reason for the personalized gift, the result is always the same: happiness. It’s the little things that mean the most to people.

My Shop Policies
Payments: I accept PayPal and Venmo. Payment is due at the time of purchase.
Shipping & Order Processing: All orders are shipped through USPS first class. You can select Priority Mail or UPS if you need an item more quicker. All orders are processed and shipped within 2 days. Larger orders may take up to 5 days.
Refunds and Exchanges: Refunds are not given for personalized items. The mock-up I provide for your approval before making the item acts as final approval. I gladly accept exchanges for an item that has been damaged during shipping. You must contact me within 7 days of delivery.
