Payments: I accept PayPal and Venmo. Payment is due at the time of purchase.
Shipping & Order Processing: All orders are shipped through USPS first class. You can select Priority Mail or UPS if you need an item more quicker. All orders are processed and shipped within 2 days. Larger orders may take up to 5 days.
Refunds and Exchanges: Refunds are not given for personalized items. The mock-up I provide for your approval before making the item acts as final approval. I gladly accept exchanges for an item that has been damaged during shipping. You must contact me within 7 days of delivery.
