Shipping & Order Processing: All regular orders will be processed within 1 business day of receipt of your cleared payment. Please specify your correct shipping address. Drop shipments to a third party are available at no charge.
Refunds and Exchanges: I strive for 100% satisfaction in my materials and craftsmanship. If there is any problem, please notify me as soon as possible after receiving your order. Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of receipt and/or for any error on my part. Returns only cover the item purchase price. Exchanges will be allowed as a 50% credit for another item. No buyer's remorse, please. I cannot resell used jewelry.
