Welcome Message:
The beads in the bracelets are hand-picked and strung on high quality elastic stretch cord to ensure the best quality. If any of our bracelets break for any reason-we will repair, it for free. All we ask is you cover shipping. Please try and gather all the beads-if you cannot let us know. If it's just a few and we have them in stock, we will still fix it at no charge. If you are missing more than 20% of your beads-we will still do the repair, we may have to charge a small fee to replacing missing beads.

Shipping & Order Processing:
Items that are in stock will be shipped out in 1-3 business days via USPS. If you have special request- I will be able to provide and estimated shipping time once I review your order.
Refunds and Exchanges: I will accept refunds and exchanges within 7 business days from time you get your order. Buyers will be responsible for all shipping costs.
