Welcome Message:
Aloha from Hawaii. E Komo Mai (Welcome). Come on in and browse through our shop. We hand craft all of our items here in Hawaii, and we ship nationwide. Visit our Facebook page @KingsWoodcraftShop for more beautiful items.
Payments:
We currently welcome payments via PayPal. You may use your credit cards at PayPal, as well.
Shipping & Order Processing:
We ship within 72 hours any item we have in stock. If an item is not currently in stock, and you leave us your email address, we will inform you of when it ships--usually within 10 days. We ship via USPS. If you have special shipping requests, please email us (kingswoodcraftshop@gmail.com), and will do our best to accommodate you.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Your happiness is our goal. To that end, we will exchange damaged or unsatisfactory merchandise at no additional cost to, but we request that you pay return postage. We will pay to ship your replacement to you. Please send us an email containing a photo of the original packaging and the damaged merchandise.
Additional Information:
All handcrafted wood products are unique, and variations in wood color and grain is normal. We do our best to match wood tones in sets of items, but uniformity cannot be guaranteed.
King's Woodcraft Shop is a family business. David King is the craftsman, and several of us assist with design and finishing.
