Shipping & Order Processing: Please allow 3 to 5 days to process your order and then ship it. We ship Priority Mail through the USPS.
Refunds and Exchanges: If you order is damaged in shipping we would be happy to reship your order. Due to the nature of our product we do not do refunds.
