Payments: Pay Pal or Personal Check/Money Order
Shipping & Order Processing: Books are shipped Media Mail. "Lady Father" postage is $2.50. Delivery in 7-10 business days or sooner. NY State Sales Tax is payable on all sales inside the State of New York at 8%.
Refunds and Exchanges: Sorry - no refund on books. If damaged in transit, please contact USPS. Refunds or exchanges on all other products damaged in transit or defective. If not satisfied in any way, contact me @ revsusan@ladyfather.com or 518-512-3700.
