The Florence Frame Promise
My Florence Frames started as a hobby and have slowly evolved in a grand way over the past 20 years; they seem to take on lives of their own. When I began making them, I actually thought that fitting all those stamps together was a crazy idea. Funny how time changes perspective.
I cringe at the thought of one of my frames getting damaged and thrown out with the garbage. I stand behind the quality craftsmanship of my frames. Because of the great care I take in putting together my Florence Frames, and because I want them to last for the people who cherish them, I offer free repairs to the stamps on the frame. I want my Florence Frames to be heirloom quality and last a lifetime or two.
Should you need a repair, all you need to do is contact me, securely package the Florence Frame, and send it to me. I will take care of the rest and return it to you. That is my Florence Frame promise.
