Shipping & Order Processing:

I ship first class United States Postal Service.

processing time did I receive order is 3 to 5 days until order is shipped. 

Sometimes the Postal Service can damage boxes, 
If it does come damaged, please send me an email including a picture showing any damage done to your piece and I will work with you to get you one of the same or equal value.

I will ask you to mail it back to me and I will get you a different piece.

Refunds and Exchanges:

I will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 5 days of delivery to you.

Please ship item back to me with tracking number within 10 days to receive your refund.

Once received please allow 3-5 business days for refund to complete.

Refund will be in the same payment as you used for the purchase minus shipping cost .

Please include a tracking number with the return / exchange and contact me with that information.

I can gladly exchange any pendant for one equal price

Buyers are responsible for shipping cost for returning packages.

Yes, although I try my best to create a perfect piece of jewelry, all jewelry is handcrafted and may come with slight imperfections. All pieces are one of a kind and never replicated.
