Hi! My name is Rebecca and I am the owner of Little Punkin' Pie! As the stay-at-home mommy to two beautiful girls (ages 1 and 3), I have been making custom baby and child products for about 4 years. At LittlePunkin'Pie, we love sewing and crafting and are happy to share our creations with you! We hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
Payments:
Please use PayPal as your form of payment for your items.
Shipping & Order Processing:
All items will ship within 3 business days unless they are custom made. All custom orders will ship out within 2 weeks of the order date. Orders are shipped using USPS priority or first class mail. If there is a need for faster delivery, please contact LittlePunkin'Pie prior to ordering and an expedited shipping cost will be provided. We charge customers what we pay for shipping. If you would like insurance and/or delivery confirmation, please contact LittlePunkin'Pie before checkout. If you choose not purchase insurance, please know we can not be responsible for items lost in the mail.
Refunds and Exchanges:
As we put a lot of love and effort into our work, We want you to be as happy as we are with the product. If, for any reason, you feel the work to be defective or not what you ordered, you may return the item within 2 weeks. You will be refunded the purchase price (not the shipping). All items must be returned in their original packaging, as you received it. You will receive your refund shortly after shipping the item back at your expense.
