Warrenty Details: If your item break or become damaged from craftmanship. We will repair or replace your item with a equal or less valued item.

~If a package is unclaimed at your local post office you may have to pay a handling fee.
Return Policy: Please contact Lovely Gems Inc. before returning any items. All returns or exchanges require our authorization. We do not accept returns on custom, special or clearance items. There is no restocking fee on any exchangeable returns. Any undamaged exchanged item should be packaged carefully and include all original packaging materials and tags. All items being returned for full refund must be undamaged, unused, in the original packaging and include all parts and paperwork. Additional fees may be charged if we incur any time or expense to make your returned item saleable. No exchange or refund will be given on returns without a valid Return Authorization from Lovely Gems Inc.
Return Conditions: You can return the product within 15 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product will not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. Lovely Gems Inc. suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the returning item from the delivery service, as it makes it easier for both parties to follow the return shipment if needed. Lovely Gems Inc. will make a refund of all eligible returns.
Transport Damage: If the product is lost or stolen or you, upon receiving your item, notice that it has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us. We want you to be completely happy with your order.
How to Return: Return merchandise authorization is REQUIRED. For security purposes: Once you contact Lovely Gems Inc. You will receive further information on where to send your returned or exchangeable items. please ship your return with shipment tracking and a copy of your original receipt(if applies) Once you have shipped your item for return, please send an email with the following information to Lgemsinc@gmail.com:
