Payments: All credit card plus Paypal accepted.
Shipping & Order Processing: Many items are in stock. Custom orders are shipped first come, first serve and may take 2-4 weeks for delivery.
Refunds and Exchanges: Unused items can be exchanged for comparable item at same or adjusted price.
Additional Information: Custom orders where dog measurements are provided cannot be exchanged.
