Payments:
I only accept PayPal as payment
Shipping & Order Processing:
Most of my items are made to order and require anywhere from one week to 30 days to complete. I insure all my shipments and provide tracking information
Refunds and Exchanges:
All sales are final. Items damaged in shipping are insured and will be replaced after you provide proof of any damages. Photos will be required of damaged packaging before opening., and of the item
Additional Information:
I personally make each and every item and I try my best to make identical likeness of multiple items that you may order. That being said no two items will be 100% exact as they are made by hand and not on an assembly line by a machine. Depending on what and the quantity of what you order will depend on how long it will take to complete your order. I make most items as they are ordered and I will let you know before you pay for your items an estimated time frame that you will receive them. This usually applies to custom orders. Items ready to be shipped immediately will be marked as such.Please feel free to inquire if something you see in my shop can be made in a different color or Style or size.
