Welcome Message:
Mystical Creationz is all about homemade candles, soaps, and more. We use 100% soy and coconut wax for our candles, crystals, herbs, and wooden wicks, we have a variety of fragrance oils. Our soaps are homemade with oatmeal, coconut, and shea butter as well as herbs and flowers. We also have bath soaks with herbs. All of our products are made for different intentions and they all smell amazing.

Shipping & Order Processing:
All candles are made to order. This means that once I receive payment and confirmation of order I get started right away. Please be patient because candles can take 24 to 48 hours to cure. This means that the longer the candle set the better the fragrance it will provide. So shipping process will start 2 days after order was made. Please allow 3 to 5 days for shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Because all candles are homemade we do not accept returns. However, in the event that you are not satisfied with your product or something is wrong please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
