Shipping & Order Processing:
RTS (ready to ship) Items will ship within 2-3 business days of the date of cleared payment
Custom MTO (Made To Order) Items vary depending on item & workload. please refer to the listing itself for custom order ship times.
Item will be shipped Via USPS mail. Tracking will be included in the shipping price. I will happily combine shipping charges for multiple purchases.
Refunds and Exchanges:
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
