Welcome to Nana’s Not Whats & Lagniappe! We believe in making sure our customers are treated right. With every purchase you get a free gift in our establishment. We stand behind a quality product that we are proud of. We do our best to resolve an issues that may arise from just doing everyday menial tasks. Most often a solution is quite simple and the problem easy to fix. Whatever the case may be we have outlined our policies for our business below so you know everything up front and nothing hidden or written in fine print that you cannot read.
Payments:
We love cash so you can spend as much of that as you want!! We prefer PayPal which also takes credit cards but we have the ability to accept most any major credit card. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS!
Shipping & Order Processing:
We have free shipping on some items but the larger items we have options on regular or expedited shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges:
We do not accept returns on our online products, however, we do guarantee our custom garden flag stands for 12 months. As long as you have your original receipt showing you purchased the flag stand and there is a wear issue involving the powder coating and rust spot, we will accept exchanges and send you a brand new flag stand. We will not exchange an item that you broke or damaged in some way, the issue must be unusual wear that should not be present.
