Due to the nature of my product line, Napa Glow Candle Company will not be responsible for damage due to excessive heat or improper care. Care instructions and warning labels are attached to every product we sell and have been thoroughly tested before I sell to the public.

Cash accepted during live events.
Shipping & Order Processing:
Please allow One Week to process and ship your purchases.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Refunds are allowed during the ordering week but not allowed once received.
