My Shop Policies
Welcome Message:
Welcome to my shop and I hope you enjoy what you see. I ship within 3 days of receipt of your order (unless it is exceptionally large, but I try to stick to fast turnaround times).
Payments: I accept credit cards and Paypal.
Shipping & Order Processing: I ship within 3-5 business days of the receipt of your order. If an order is especially large it may take longer but I will notify you before I get to work to make sure it works for you.
Refunds and Exchanges: Notify me within 14 days of receipt of your product if there is a problem or there is damage. If damaged please photograph the product showing damage as well as the packaging to show how it was received. These photos don't have to be great or artistic, just documenting the damage. This allows me to claim insurance.
If the product is damaged, or lost, I will refund your money or send a replacement depending on what you wish at the time.
