Payments:Pay Pal, personal check or money order. Checks and Money order items will be processed upon receipt of payment.
Shipping & Order Processing:All items shipped via USPS as the least expensive option, whether flat box rate or by weight. Express service is available at an additional fee.
Refunds and Exchanges: All items are eligible for refund or exchange within 15 days of receipt. Damaged item shipping to be paid for by Needle Knows. Exchange item shipping to be paid for by buyer.
