Welcome Message: Hand made silver jewelry and one of a kind, handmade knives.
Please take note that due to the nature of this sight being that the items seen are also sold in person, at events,if you buy an item on this sight it may not be able available to purchase.
Please contact us first before purchasing any items at nightdiamondjewelry@gmail.com to inquire about the item(s) availability you wish to purchase before Purchasing.
Payments: All payments made secure with PayPal for your protection on this sight, We use Square at any events we are located at.
Shipping & Order Processing: All orders shipped within 1-3 day of receiving payment and shipped out in a timely manor with tracking numbers via the USPS.
Refunds and Exchanges: Buyer must notify seller of dispute at time of receiving item. Refunds made within 5 days of notification and shall only cover cost of item NOT SHIPPING.
Night Diamond Jewelry will not accept returns of any kind on Jewelry OR Knives. If item is damaged and can be fixed repairs will be made if able to be made at buyers expense.
Knives can be EXCHANGED only for a knife of equal value or towards partial payment a knife of greater value within 5 business day unless otherwise permitted.
Knife blades that are broken, chipped, or bent are not able to be fixed. Handle scales will be looked at if damaged and assessed in how might they be able to be fixed.
Jewelry
All jewelry can be EXCHANGED only for jewelry of equal value or towards partial payment a piece(s) of greater value within 5 business day unless otherwise permitted. Stones that are cracked, chipped or broken can not be replaced. Scratched stones must be evaluated first before repaired if repairs can be made.
Repairs on all jewelry or knives are at buyers expense unless otherwise stated. All shipping for repaired items is at buyers expense unless otherwise agreed upon.
Additional Information: We do offer other forms of shipping upon request only before time of purchase.
