Shipping & Order Processing:
If purchase is made by 3PM (est), your items will be shipped via USPS on the next business day.
Any special items will ship in 2-4 days—additional cost for your choice of shipping method.
Choice of USPS Priority, USPS Regular Mail, or USPS Next day Delivery. Once I have found the shipping rate, I will notify the customer of the price choices within a half-hour of the purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges:
We work very hard to ensure our customers are happy with their product, but if they are unsatisfied, I offer a money-back within seven days of returning merchandise. Seller will pay to ship the item back to Buyer. Exchange for any other item is available.
The buyer must contact via email the Seller for an RMA Number if returning the item or an EMA number for Exchange Item. Buyer pays return shipping. Items must be returned without damage.
