Welcome Message: thank you for choosing one of our home made with love products. We hope you will enjoy using it as much and we did maning it, but remember that it is homemade by hand. Therefore, please expect it to be slightly different than the picture or than what you will see in a store. They are mass produced, and ours are not. Your will have a one of a kind, made with patience and hard work.
Payments: Are expected before shipment.
Shipping & Order Processing: since we do make all our product by hand we ask you to expect minimum 2-3 weeks for delivery, as we do not make items until we receive the orders
Refunds and Exchanges: will be made only for extreme errors. We make our clothes per the size you specify, and therefore should fit. We take pictures and post them of the material available of the bags, we make and the doll clothes available. Our ceramic items may have slight variations in the shade due to glaze tones and fireing of the piece. We do strive for all customer satisfaction and will work diligently with everyone to ensure you are happy with each purchase you make.
Additional Information: I or one of my helpers, generally one of my grandkids, make each of my products personally. Therefore, I try to make sure each piece is done in a what that I would be proud to display in my own home, or would be proud to have one of my family wear. I hope you will feel the same way, when you purchase from me.
