Welcome to the policies section of my store (blah!). Please, I work hard to make my store pleasurable, so if you don't like something, try to be respectful, but honest, because I need to know what needs to change to make you happier! OK, a few loose ends we need to tie up.... Here we go:
Payments:
I currently take check, money order, and PayPal. PayPal is obviously quickest, and I am working on getting credit cards to be an option. If check or money order is the only option, please make the check out to Jaimie Shaw and mail it to:

Shipping & Order Processing:
I usually ship my items within 1-2 business days AS LONG AS they are not customs orders! Shipping goes by weight, and is usually shipped by USPS nationwide.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Full refunds will be issued up to 15 days after the item is received. If the item needs repair or needs to be replaced up to 15 days after received, simply send it back to me, and I will either repair or replace it plus issue you a refund of 10% of the purchasing price, less shipping and handling.
