Payments: Payments are due at time of Purchase. At this time I accept CASHAPP, PAYPAL, & APPLEPAY. These sublimated designs are custom so items must be paid in full in order for me to start working on your order! Once your order details are worked out and your payment is confirmed by ME, i'll get busy working! Shipping info is below.
Shipping & Order Processing: Tumblers, Shirts, & All Sublimated items will Ship within 2 weeks. Most Sublimation Blanks I have on hand. If you order a Shirt, depending on the size and color, it can take a couple of days for me to get those in. Shipping is $3.00 Flat (+$1.00 for each additional item). Tracking Number will be provided as soon as order is sent out! Please allow 2-4 Business days after tracking is provided for your items to reach you.

Refunds and Exchanges: Since Designs are Custom/Personalized I do not offer Exchanges OR refunds!! However, if you reach out to me and there is a legitimate reason for refund/exchange request, I'll be happy to refund a percentage of your order OR give you a discount on future orders. Thankfully I haven't had any upset or unhappy customers as its my absolute Pleasure to Please you as my customer. (you'll be satisfied anyway, so this section doesn't really matter...!!)
Additional Information: If you know you have a custom order or a special gift that you need to arrive to you by a certain time, make me aware!! Don't rush yourself or me!! I enjoy doing what I do and I want you to love your item and ME and shop with me forever more.. so, lets communicate!!
