Shipping & Order Processing:
Orders are process between 1 to 2 working days and are ship out for shipment. Orders from my customer tell me it takes 3 to 4 business days when they received their products.
Refunds and Exchanges:
All soap, scrub and lotions are natural. No refunds, but store credit is issue only for product and not other fees. If you may have a concern with one of our product, please contact us to address your concern. Thank you
