Shipping & Order Processing:
All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service or Fed Ex ground for international shipping. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 days after receipt of order and payment.
Refunds and Exchanges:
We want you to be happy with everything you purchase from us. If you need to return merchandise after contacting Resa Wilkinson Jewelry, we will give you full store credit, provided you follow these procedures:
Returns must be within 10 days of receipt, in its original condition and packaging and unworn. Merchandise should be securely packaged and insured. Resa Wilkinson Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged in transit. Must included a copy of the original invoice with the returned items. Please include the REASON for return. Custom orders are non returnable. Used items are non returnable.
All items are fully inspected and photographed before shipment for insurance purposes. We provide a very concise and effective description of each item in each listing.
Although natural lighting is the source of our photography, the resolution of photographs may vary per monitor, and therefore colors may be affected by such variations. If you would like additional information, please feel free to contact Resa Wilkinson Jewelry prior to purchase.

Custom Orders When placing a custom order we request a deposit of 50% with the balance due at completion. Custom orders are non refundable.
