My Shop Policies

Welcome Message:

Hey all. So a bit about me. I have always loved arts, anything I can dabble in pretty much. The last few years I have been selling under the name SkullMoto but have decided to change to my own initials, Hence SAL Artisan Design was born.
SkullMoto has been selling beads / jewelry supplies, handmade jewelry and components.
Covid hit our family pretty hard, we lost a my husbands job and to supplement we opened a construction business. Since I didn't want to order supplies to sell, i used up pretty much what I had left in stock and decided to try my hand at Graphic design.
I Fell In LOVE!
I use a program called affinity designer, I can create artwork for downloadable files or upload my artwork to a print production company. The company I use has quality products with a very quick turn around. I should know! I purchase samples of the products I sell and they are fabulous!
This is coming from a former QA Tech Designer from Nordstrom, where I worked for 6 years with the Buyers and Designers.
As I grow into this new role I will slowly start adding fabrics with my prints as I love textiles and majored in Apparel Design in college.

Shipping & Order Processing:
My digital canvas or digitally printed products come from here in the US, by way of my printing partner. If purchasing here, I then order from them and have them ship directly to the address you provide. 

 


Refunds and Exchanges:

Refunds are only accepted if there is a quality issue. I Purchase all of the products i sell as a sample to insure you are getting quality items. I would not put my artwork on anything that I don't stand behind. 

 

Additional Information:

All of the Artwork on products I sell is my Own Art. I create All artwork using Affinity Designer, in vector or pixel persona. 
I truly appreciate your Support as I create beautiful artwork from my heart. I love to share what I create and it gives me pleasure to have someone actually purchase something I have envisioned and placed on products.
