Payments: We accept pay pal just enter Sabbath Grand Designs
Shipping & Order Processing: Because I make the majority of the designs are custom made minus some rings and accessories (scarfs, chains 925 jewelry etc.) Please allow one week for your design to be made. Shipping is included in pricing. Please allow up 7-10 day shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges on Handmade items (because they are custom designed). Other accessories may be exchanged only if they arrive damaged. Please notify me via email that your item arrived damaged within 24 hours of receipt and we will exchange it. *Customer will have to pay for shipping .
