Shipping & Order Processing:
Items are sent USPS Flat Rate add $10.00 for shipping & handling with delivery in 2-5 days. Next day and 2nd day service is available upon request. Large Orders and International shipping are quoted on a per shipment basis. Call for quote. All merchandise shown on the website will ship within 24 hours
from placement of order.
As Sassy's ships within 24 hours, a cancellation may not be received in time. If the item has already shipped it will need to follow the return and refund policy.
Returns are accepted within 5 days from receipt of goods. Goods must be in the
same condition as received. Merchandise damaged in shipping may be returned
for a full refund or replacement. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Custom designs not on the website are final and may not be returned. Please ship
your item by insured, traceable mail. Include a copy of your sales receipt with
your address and phone number along with your instructions/comments. Call or email Sassy's for Return Authorization and Return Address.
Additional Information:
Due to differences in Monitor displays, colors may vary slightly. For an exact color match, please request a fabric sample free of charge.
