Shipping & Order Processing: Orders are usually shipped with USPS Priority Mail and Processed within 3-5 business days.
Refunds and Exchanges: Only on Jewelry ( Bath & Spa can not be returned) Embroidery Items are Custom and cannot be returned, however we will do everything we can to make sure we are sending you a stitched item to your approval. (We send a photo of your stitch file item before we actually stitch the item to insure correct spelling.
