Shipping & Order Processing: I will try to keep my shipping charges minimal - sometimes I may use a flat rate box depending on what I am shipping
Refunds and Exchanges: My goal is to keep all of my customers happy so I will work with you on any and all issues you may have - if you are not happy that does not work for me.
Additional Information: I take this business very seriously and want to be sure my customers are satisfied and happy with all purchases. I also am involved with Origami Owl, Mary Kay, Silpada, My line of Beaded Pens and my husband does airbrushing too.
