Snowflake Hoops inc. offers a unique collection of handmade vegan clothing, performance hoops, and original artwork.
We are dedicated to making high quality items using only the best materials, green business practices, and exceptional customer service.
I accept credit cards, money orders, and checks. Should you ever need to cancel an order please let me know as soon as possible either via e-mail or etsy message.

❄ Any order over $129.00 is eligible for our layaway plan. Pay half upon ordering the item and the remainder in two weeks, when I ship your item. Please message me for details about this option via etsy or email ❄
Please allow one to two weeks for production and shipping times. For prints and smaller items processing time is 2-4 days. Should you need your item sooner that the time listed please be sure to contact me so I can arrange getting you your item as soon as possible.
I ship all my orders via Unites States Postal Service, upon shipment of your item you will receive an e-mail notification including your tracking number.
❄ Return and Exchange Policy ❄
If you are not completely satisfied with your product within 7 days of receiving your order you may return/exchange it back to us. After I have been notified and we have discussed the parameters concerning your return, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping of the item(s). If the product is in poor or used condition a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Please note that all clothing must be unworn and fire hoops never lit.
Custom orders receive personal attention, many with specific measurements, therefore they are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
All clothing orders come with a card detailing care instructions.
All Fire Hoops come with a One year warranty certificate which comes with your hoop

All products are made in an animal friendly home (I have a kitten, just in case you are allergic, you should be aware. )
